6/27/26 update: The trip is full, but you can still register and pick the “Wait List” option under lodging, with no payment needed. There is still a good chance you will get on the trip!

The Town

Breckenridge is a unique Victorian ski town originally settled in 1859 during the Pikes Peak Gold Rush. In the early 1860’s the area supported over 8,000 prospectors and the Gold Pan Saloon (103 N. Main Street) was open for business. By the early 1870’s gold panning declined along with the town population (51 people) when hydraulic mining created another gold boom and surge in population. In 1961, Breckenridge transformed itself into a ski town that is not only fun, but also offers surprisingly affordable lodging. With a charming historic downtown (350 historic sites) full of nightlife and an amazing ski mountain, Breckenridge is easily one of Colorado’s favorite ski vacation resorts.

CMSC Apparel

**NEW** CMSC Apparel

The Official Gear Shop of the Cleveland Metro Ski Council + Affiliate Clubs

Now available to Chagrin Valley Ski Club Members

This shop was created for one simple reason: to give our members an easy way to represent their Ski Clubs on the slopes, in the lodge, and around town.

  • Our “No-Profit” Commitment, We’re a Community, Not a Retailer: We’re not running this shop to make money for the Council. Our prices are among the lowest you’ll find for quality gear.
  • At-Cost Pricing: Everything is priced as close to production cost as possible. Any tiny “buffer” goes strictly toward administrative fees to keep club finances simple and transparent.
  • No Hidden Fees: Our platform handles all the tax and processing details automatically, keeping our focus exactly where it belongs: on the sport we love.
