We are excited to continue in 2026 our popular bus trips to Holiday Valley in Ellicottville, NY. We run four chartered bus trips on Sundays each season. This season, our dates are as follows:
- January 11, 2026
- January 25, 2026 (cancelled due to expected poor driving conditions)
- February 8, 2026
- February 22, 2026
- March 1, 2026 (New date!)

Each of our guests will be required to sign the trip waiver by checking the box in the below form.
New for 2026: Payment is required at the time of registration, by credit card, PayPal or Venmo. Sorry no cash or checks. See below the form for important event details, including the cancellation policy.
Pricing includes lift ticket, bus ride & gratuity as follows:
- Adult Member price $130, Guest $135
- Junior Member $116, Guest $121 (up to 11 years old)
- Rentals are $40 for adult and $32 for Junior.
- If you already have a season pass for Holiday Valley, and don’t need a lift ticket, the bus-only costs are: Members $62, Guest $67.

Event Details
Bus Trips Itinerary and Info:
- The bus LEAVES the first stop at the Solon Marcs parking lot at 6:00 AM. GPS Address, Marcs (Solon) 6231 S.O.M. Center Road, Solon. (SR 91 north of SR 43 and south of Solon Road)
- The bus leaves the second stop at Willoughby BP Gas Station at I-90 & 91 at 6:20-6:30 AM . GPS Address, BP Gas Station (Willoughby): 2481 S.O.M. Center Road, Willoughby. Note: please park in front of Texas Roadhouse (you’ll see the other cars)
- We depart Holiday Valley for home at 4:00 PM.
- Bring your own breakfast/dinner/beverage
- The Club will provide the bus driver tip
Cancellation Policy & Process
Please notify us immediately if your plans change after registration. The cancellation deadline for a refund is Noon on the Monday before the trip (six days in advance), using our Day Trip Cancellation Form. You will also find this link in your registration confirmation email. This gives us time to find a replacement from the waiting list.
If you cancel before the Monday Noon deadline:
- You will receive a refund for both the lift ticket and the bus fare.
- A $5 administrative fee will be withheld from your total refund amount. (For example, if you paid $130, your refund will be $125.)
If your cancellation notice is received after the Monday Noon deadline:
- Your refund will only equal the cost of your lift ticket. The bus fare is non-refundable in this case, as your seat cannot be reliably filled on short notice.
Waiting List Exception:
- If there is a waiting list and another participant can fill your spot on the bus, you will not be charged for the bus fare either, even if you cancel after the deadline. But the $5 administrative fee will still be withheld.
Please note: Any refunds due to you will be issued shortly AFTER the trip date.
