Come join fellow CVSC members and guests for the annual CVSC Holiday Dinner! Please fill out the below form for your dinner entrée choices. Appetizers are served courtesy of your CVSC. Cash bar.

A $10.00 charge is for non-members that will be attending (or have them join now).

Entrée Choices:

  • Grilled Salmon ($28.00)
    Seared salmon topped with dill butter, served with rice pilaf and the vegetable of the day. 
  • Lemon Chicken ($24.00)
    Lightly floured and baked in a lemon and butter sauce. Served with rice and vegetables.
  • Pork Schnitzel ($23.00)
    Lightly breaded, hand cut pork loin, fried until golden brown, served with caramelized onions, spaetzle and finished with brown gravy.
  • Fish & Chips (1 piece of fish) ($24.00)
    Beer battered Haddock served with fries and coleslaw.
  • Fish & Chips (2 pieces of fish) ($32.00)
    Beer battered Haddock served with fries and coleslaw.
  • Zucchini Noodles ($20.00)
    Zucchini noodles with garlic, fresh spinach, tomatoes, marinara sauce, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
